- Why exactly Factory United?
We at Factory United are a young company and want to make ourselves unique in the football and leisure scene. We respect and value our customers very much and offer them customer support 7 days a week. We believe in high quality and excellent customer service. We currently offer the following payment options:

- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We have a processing time of approximately 24 hours. After the order has been successfully recorded, we send out the package. The delivery time is 10-14 working days.
- I want to exchange my product
It's a real shame that the goods delivered don't fit. For logistical reasons, our colleagues in the returns department are unable to exchange the item.
You can of course send us any goods that do not fit. You can find the return conditions on our website under the cancellation policy.
- To which countries do you ship your products?
We currently only ship to Austria, American Outlying Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
- How can I cancel my order?
As stated on the website, an order can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours. However, if your order has already been dispatched, even if you are still within the first 24 hours, then unfortunately a cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, we are unfortunately no longer able to stop the dispatch and therefore your order can no longer be cancelled.
Please send us an email during this time and reply again to the automatic email so that we receive your cancellation request.
If you do not respond to the automatic email again, we will consider your request as resolved and will send your order to you.
After the first 24 hours, you can only exercise your right of cancellation after receiving the goods. This right begins with receipt of the goods and ends after 14 days. You can find all information about this under cancellation policy .
- Where do I add my discount code?
You can easily enter your discount code at checkout. To do this, click on the discount code field at the top right, enter the discount code and click apply. The discount will be deducted automatically
